X.A.N.A. launches attacks on the real world and Lyoko to cause destruction and havoc in the world, eliminate its mortal enemies, or fulfill its greater goals. All of them have been intended to destroy (or stop) the Lyoko Warriors in any way possible.

Season One: Episodes 01-26 (2003-2004)[]

01 Teddygozilla Possesses Milly's Teddy Bear and transforms it into a makeshift kaiju which tries to crush the Lyoko Warriors.  
02 Seeing Is Believing Storing and collecting electricity in a high-tension pylon and unleashing it on the local nuclear plant all at once, causing a massive short-circuit which would wipe out the entire region.
03 Holiday in the Fog Possesses several barrels full of poison and turns it into a deadly, living gas that it spreads throughout the whole school.
04 Log Book

Possesses an electric bus and send it on a one-way collision course to the nearby petrochemical plant. 

05 Big Bug Created a powerful internet virus that renders all the city’s major databases inoperable. The railway control center has been hit very hard and can no longer control two of its freight trains, one of which carrying deadly chemicals as cargo and on a collision course.
06 Cruel Dilemma Possesses two bulldozers and sets them on the factory to prevent Aelita's materialization from taking place.
07 Image Problem Traps Yumi in a Guardian and sends a hyper-realistic Spectre in her place as a plant to destroy the scanners.
08 End of Take Possesses an alien monster movie prop and uses it to capture Ulrich and Sissi and use them as bait for the others.
09 Satellite Hacks student cellphones to take over a military satellite and turn its laser beam on the school (specifically on Yumi).
10 The Girl of the Dreams Traps Aelita in a Guardian and takes control of the samurai armor from Yumi's history report, setting it on the group, namely Yumi.
11 Plagued Possesses a rat that tries to sneak a bite from the school's kitchen. That rat goes on to bite other rats, putting them under X.A.N.A.'s control and amassing an army that surrounds and attacks all of Kadic.
12 Swarming Attack After failing with an army of rats, X.A.N.A. attempts a similar tactic using hornets.
13 Just in Time Uses ultrasound waves to cause the school to fall apart.
14 The Trap Possesses the Factory mechanisms and unleashs its machines on Jeremie and Odd while leaving Sissi, and Ulrich trapped in the elevator shaft while water from the river pours in from an open floodgate inside the shaft, threatening to drown them both in the elevator.
15 Laughing Fit Uses laughing gas to attack the Lyoko Warriors.
16 Claustrophobia Surrounds the cafeteria in electricity, leaving Ulrich, Odd, and several other students trapped inside with no way out while the electricity eats away at the structural support, threatening to collapse on them. 
17 Amnesia Manufactures several nanobots to attack memory cells, leaving Ulrich, other students and teachers affected with highly contagious amnesia.
18 Killer Music Creates a song that puts anyone who hears it in a catatonic state that gradually slows down their heart rate.
19 Frontier Sends three Bloks to prevent Aelita from bringing Jeremie out of Virtual Limbo
20 The Robots Creates several robots to eliminate the Lyoko Warriors.
21 Zero Gravity Zone Concentrates the city's electricity on the school, turning it into a zero-gravity zone that will send the entire population of Kadic into orbit.
22 Routine Sabotages the devirtualization program, putting the Lyoko Warriors at risk of disappearing forever.
23 Rock Bottom? Turns the solid ground everywhere in the city into mud, causing all the buildings to start sinking into the ground.
24 Ghost Channel Traps Odd, Ulrich, and Yumi in a Simulation Bubble and tries to lead them to fake Scanners that will delete them forever.
25 Code: Earth Sends Bloks to guard a tower and later two Megatanks to destroy the tower to prevent Aelita from being materialized.
26 False Start Materialized several Kankrelats on to Earth. 

Season Two: Episodes 27-52 (2005-2006)[]

1 (27) New Order Possesses the Hermitage and all its furniture to lure the warriors into a deadly trap that Yumi and Ulrich fall into: An inescapable boiler room with an ever-rising temperature.
2 (28) Uncharted Territory Takes Aelita to Sector Five with the Transport Orb so the Scyphozoa can steal her memory.
3 (29) Exploration Creepers devirtualize Odd and Ulrich, but they can't materialize into the real world, and traps Aelita within its walls and sends the Scyphozoa after her.
4 (30) A Great Day
5 (31) Mister Pück
  • Attempting to possess Odd and Ulrich but fails to do so.
  • Possesses Jeremie and kidnaps Aelita in order to deliver her to the Scyphozoa.
6 (32) Saint Valentine's Day Sends a possessed man to leave a necklace for Aelita that eventually possesses her, compelling her to go to Lyoko and give up her memories.
7 (33) Final Mix Possesses Jim to kidnap Aelita and bring her to the Scyphozoa.
8 (34) Missing Link Has the scyphozoa steal Yumi's human DNA sequence code that allows her to maintain her physical form on Earth as a ruse so that Aelita will unwittingly expose her memory by willingly transfer her own DNA to Yumi as an act of goodwill.
9 (35) The Chips Are Down Possesses Nicholas so he can sabotage the devirtualization program. 
10 (36) Marabounta N/A
11 (37) Common Interest Possesses a criminal to get a replacement nuclear battery to repower the supercomputer. He then attacks Jeremie. 
12 (38) Temptation Possesses Rosa Petitjean to attack the Lyoko Warriors in the cafeteria to push Jeremie to launch more returns to the past, destroying his health further with his experimental headset, then possesses Jeremie's ambulance and drives it into the river.
13 (39) A Bad Turn Materializes 3 Krabs into the real world (and destroying all the scanners).
14 (40) Attack of the Zombies Possesses Kiwi to spread a virus that turns anyone he bites into a mindless zombie, amassing an army by nightfall. 
15 (41) Ultimatum Possesses Principal Delmas and kidnaps Odd and Yumi. He sends Jeremie an ultimatum: 2:00 PM, Aelita must go to the Ice Sector and give her memory to the Scyphozoa or Odd and Yumi will be liquidated (killed in a painful way). 
16 (42) A Fine Mess N/A
17 (43) X.A.N.A.'s Kiss Send a polymorphic spectre that can change its appearance at will to publicly kiss random people at Kadic (namely love interests of the Lyoko warriors) in order to divide and conquer the group through hurtful rumors. 
18 (44) Vertigo Possesses three wolves and creating illusions of other wolves to hunt down Ulrich, Odd, and Yumi.
19 (45) Cold War Creates a deadly blizzard that traps the warriors in school.
20 (46) Déjà Vu Uses the implanted virus to stimulate Aelita's cerebral cortex, placing her in an artificial sleep, thus causing her to see visions of Men In Black and Franz Hopper. She goes to Sector Five to find the source of her vision, falling into X.A.N.A.'s trap.
21 (47) Tip-Top Shape
  • Possesses Yolanda and kidnaps Aelita.
  • Takes control of the tower Jeremie activated to make Odd just as powerful as XANA's henchmen in order to pump all that excess energy into Odd until it reaches lethal levels.
22 (48) Is Anybody Out There?
  • Send a blob-like spectre out to attack the group in midnight. 
  • Sabotages the Superscan.
23 (49) Franz Hopper Sends a polymorphic spectre disguised as Franz Hopper to trick the group into turning against Jeremie.
24 (50) Contact Possesses a hospital doctor to attack Sissi, who has been possessed by Franz Hopper trying to make first contact with the Lyoko Warriors.
25 (51) Revelation
  • Sends a polymorphic specter to trick Odd into coming into the woods and then traps him in a caged well with an open water tap flooding it and threatening to drown him. Posing as Odd, the assassin goes to Lyoko in Odd's place to devitalize all the Lyoko Warriors and render Jeremy's tower defenseless.
  • Takes control of the tower Jeremie activated, in order to steal the data from Franz Hopper's diary.
26 (52) The Key
  • Setting traps in Sector Five by luring the Lyoko Warriors into Aelita's fake missing fragment.
  • Steals Aelita's memory and with it, the keys to Lyoko it uses to free himself from the supercomputer and escape into the internet. 

Season Three: Episodes 53-65 (2006)[]

2 (54) Lyoko Minus One
  • Possesses everyone on Yumi's field trip bus and chases her through the woods.
  • Uses Scyphozoa to possess Aelita and make her delete the Forest Sector.
3 (55) Tidal Wave
  • Possesses all the food in the cafeteria to create a food monster to crush the others.
  • Raises the level of the Digital Sea and attacks the Core of Lyoko.
4 (56) False Lead
  • Hacks a large weapons manufacturing computer to leave a false trail toward Jeremie.
  • Possesses two government agents and has them destroy the Supercomputer.
5 (57) Aelita Activates a tower solely to distract the Lyoko Warriors while he sends monsters to attack the Core of Lyoko.
6 (58) The Pretender
  • Possesses a flock of crows to turn into deadly attack drones that he sics on the group.
  • Possesses Aelita with Scyphozoa and make her delete the Desert Sector.
7 (59) The Secret
  • Possesses a demolition worker and has him plant bombs around the Factory. When Aelita succumbs to a trap, Odd, Ulrich, and William must find the detonator and disarm it before its timer runs out.
  • Possesses Aelita with Scyphozoa so she'll delete the Ice Sector.
    • She is devirtualized by Yumi just in time.
8 (60) Temporary Insanity Has two Mantas shoot Odd and Ulrich with a tandem laser beam, infecting them with a virus that makes them hallucinate that they're on Lyoko in the real world and vice-versa, so the team would be in no condition to prevent an attack on the Core of Lyoko.
9 (61) Sabotage
  • Possesses the groundskeeper and have him fry all the supercomputer's memory boards, causing catastrophic damage to the supercomputer's memory banks (as well as Lyoko) that would become irreversible before too long.
  • Possesses trees and ensnares them with their roots in the woods to stall for time.
10 (62) Nobody in Particular Takes control of Ulrich's lifeless virtual body and uses it to attack the Core of Lyoko.
11 (63) Triple Trouble Creates and spreads smoke clouds that can petrify anyone on contact all over the school and spread to the factory to immobilize Odd's duplicates to stall them so he will disappear forever.
12 (64) Double Trouble Sends a Jeremie Clone to attack Jeremie and take Aelita to the Scyphozoa, so X.A.N.A. could possess her and make her delete the Mountain Sector.
13 (65) Final Round Takes control of William using the Scyphozoa and has him destroy the Core of Lyoko, thus destroying Lyoko and put William in an almost permanent possession.

Season Four: Episodes 66-95 (2007)[]

1 (66) William Returns Sends William (now XANA's dark champion) to Earth to kidnap Aelita and throw her into the Digital Sea.
2 (67) Double Take Takes control of Jeremie's stand-in clone and has him attack Jeremie and Odd.
3 (68) Opening Act Send a polymorphic clone of Chris of the Subdigitals to kidnap Aelita.
4 (69) Wreck Room Takes control of the group's William clone and has him attack Ulrich.
5 (70) Skidbladnir Sends William and monsters to attack the Skidbladnir while its core has yet to be stabilized
6 (71) Maiden Voyage Introduces Kongre monsters to attack the group while traveling in the Digital Sea.
7 (72) Crash Course Sends a spectre after Jeremie and Aelita.
8 (73) Replika Attacks the Skid while the group infiltrates its Replika
9 (74) I'd Rather Not Talk About It Possesses a wild boar and sets it's eyes on Jeremie and Jim.
10 (75) Hot Shower Takes control of a powerful military satellite and uses it's laser to change the course of the Comet VG17, sending it on an extinction-level collision course with Earth.
11 (76) The Lake
  • Creates an aquatic monster made of black sludge that electrocutes anyone that tries to escape from the island the entire 9th grade is camping on.
  • Sends the Scyphozoa to steal the Skidbladnir's data.
12 (77) Lost At Sea Attacks the stranded Yumi with monsters and William in his new Rorkal sub in the Digital Sea.
13 (78) Lab Rat Possesses scientists in an Amazonian laboratory for his master plan, which involves giant cybernetically evolved spiders.
14 (79) Bragging Rights Activates the Cybernetic Spiders in the Amazonian laboratory and uses them to defend against the Lyoko Warrior's assault on its supercomputer.
15 (80) Dog Day Afternoon Possesses a motorcycle gang who has been using the factory as a practice track. 
16 (81) A Lack of Goodwill Materializes William to Earth to destroy the Supercomputer.
17 (82) Distant Memory
  • Creating a Simulation Bubble of Aelita's old home in the Ice Sector and disguising as Franz Hopper to lure her.
  • William throws her into the Digital Sea, so Franz Hopper will appear to save her, thus allowing X.A.N.A. to attack him.
18 (83) Hard Luck Teleports Kankrelats to the New Mexico Research Facility to intercept Ulrich and Yumi
19 (84) Guided Missile Possesses a fighter plane in order to destroy the factory with an armed missile and send Jeremy to his demise in a fiery crash.
20 (85) Kadic Bombshell Ambush Aelita with William to capture her while she manually searches for an activated Tower on top of dealing with a malfunctioning Supercomputer.
21 (86) Canine Conundrum Takes control of Jeremie's robot, Kiwi 2, fabricates hardlight holographic clones of it, and use them to invade Kadic. 
22 (87) A Space Oddity
  • Takes control of spherical attack drones to attack Odd and Yumi at its latest Replika
  • Use a programmed trap to destroy the Skidbladnir.
23 (88) Cousins Once Removed Possesses Sissi and Herb to attack Patrick and sabotage the Skidbladnir.
24 (89) Music to Soothe the Savage Beast Possesses Sophie, the manager of the Subdigitals to kidnap Aelita and possesses Milly and Tamiya to keep the warriors at bay.
25 (90) Wrong Exposure
  • Possesses Principal Delmas to kidnap Aelita.
  • Sends the Scyphozoa to capture Aelita so X.A.N.A. could possess Aelita and have her throw herself into the Digital Sea.
26 (91) Bad Connection Takes control of the School Antenna to spread a virus to anyone who answers their cell phones, turning them dangerously hostile.
27 (92) Cold Sweat
28 (93) Down to Earth
  • Possesses the army of battle robots in the Siberian Research Facility.
  • Destroy the Skidbladnir using the Kolossus (succeeded).
29 (94) Fight to the Finish
  • Possesses William to knock Jeremie out cold and sabotage the Scanners. He then attacks Yumi and Ulrich afterwards.
  • Send the Kolossus and Mantas to stop the group from launching the Anti-X.A.N.A. Program to destroy it for good (failed)
