X.A.N.A. deleting a bridge in X.A.N.A.'s Kiss.
The Sector Alteration Program is a program that works in a similar manner to Aelita's Creativity, as it allows the user to alter Lyoko's landscape. X.A.N.A. seems to be the only one with access to this as he is the only one who has used it. However, it must take up a lot of computing power, since X.A.N.A. doesn't use it often.
In Log Book, X.A.N.A. uses it to remove bridges and trap Yumi and Aelita on small islands above the Digital Sea.
In End of Take, X.A.N.A. used it to create a fake tower.
In Attack of the Zombies, X.A.N.A. used it to make part of the Desert Sector become invisible.
In X.A.N.A.'s Kiss, X.A.N.A. caused part of the Desert Sector to vanish in order to trap Aelita.
In Nobody in Particular, X.A.N.A. used it to create a passage for X.A.N.A. Ulrich to access the chamber of Lyoko's Core faster.
