The Sector Alteration Program is a program that works in a similar manner to Aelita's Creativity, as it allows the user to alter Lyoko's landscape. X.A.N.A. seems to be the only one with access to this as he is the only one who has used it. However, it must take up a lot of computing power, since X.A.N.A. doesn't use it often.
In Log Book, X.A.N.A. uses it to break plateaus apart and trap Yumi and Aelita on small island above the Digital Sea.
In End of Take, X.A.N.A. used it to create a fake tower.
In Attack of the Zombies, X.A.N.A. used it to make part of the Desert Sector become invisible.
In X.A.N.A.'s Kiss, X.A.N.A. caused a bridge in the Desert Sector to vanish in order to trap Aelita.
In Tip-Top Shape, X.A.N.A. created a massive fog which gave the entire Mountain Sector zero visibility to prevent Aelita from deactivating the tower.
In Nobody in Particular, X.A.N.A. used it to create a passage for X.A.N.A. Ulrich to access the chamber of Lyoko's Core faster.
In I'd Rather Not Talk About It, X.A.N.A. used it to make the activated tower invisible.
