We currently have a policy that once a month, if any of the admins, mods, or crats have been inactive for more than 6 months, the one with the longest period without activity must be demoted to standard user. You have had no activity since January, so you're up next, if you don't make any contributions by tomorrow. Just letting you know.

Sorry I haven't been around lately. I don't really care what you do to be honest with you, I trust that whatever you do is for the good of the wiki. I don't have time in my life right now to focus on this wiki at the moment, so I'm resigning from being head crat (a position I've been trying to convince you to take for a long time). I think we should have DPL installed on our wiki, because it would be extremely useful.
DPL, Dynamic Page Lists, can be used to automatically gather a list of content in the system's database with different parameters. The implications for this on our wiki are huge.
No longer will we have to build galleries of epic proportions and categorize them too. Instead, if we apply it correctly, we will just have to categorize images as they're uploaded, and the system will add them to the galleries for us! This could cut our workload by 25%!
We may even find other applications for it.
Now, I know that this extension can have performance issues, but I think that in our case, the benefits outweigh the cost. As your CTO, I think we should install have this extension installed. Will you agree to it?
I agree too. Oh, you may want to consider about Odd and "The Founder" as well. The first is not as active as how crats are supposed to be, and the latter was never seen in years, yet they still have crat rights.
I would rather deal with User:Agent Odd separately, given that he's actually done something in the last 5 months. Regarding our founder, WHOSE NAME WE DO NOT SPEAK, I agree that he should be demoted, "and tarred and feathered," but we should deal with that matter at a different time.
And one think: you or any of you can remove the bureucrat rights? İ think that this only can do it the Staff, because Bureucrat can’t be removed by another local bureucrat. Did you know this? The only people that they can remove the Bureucrat right are: Staff, Helpers and hisself/hersefl. Can you check it trying to remove these rights here with an actual bureucrat.
Even though I am not an admin here, I am a chatmod and I agree fully that they should be demoted. It is the best thing to do, We have multiple Admins as it is and even though we need more help with the wiki what is the point of having 2 admins that don't do anything? ~Alex
I'll notify them, however, I don't see the point of them keeping chatmod at all really. I think it's rather pointless if they've haven't been around nor will be around to use it. Just because they used to be high ranking crats doesn't mean they need to have the extra little chat moderator right for no reason, so I think that might as well be removed. If something comes up later, we can always add their old powers back, but having chatmod status, just to have it is doing nothing more than cluttering the current staff listings.
What are you going to do about TUIKingdom ? He hasn't been active sine January 8th. Even though he is only an Admin I still think he should be given a warning and then removed 5 days later if thats alright.

Hey Alex, I have a new proposal for the wiki's policies.
Right now, we still have an absurd number of images on this wiki that remain to be categorized. As long as people churn out images like a catholic pez dispenser, I don't see that problem going away.
With that in mind, here's my idea for a policy update:
"For every image that you upload, you must completely categorize two images. If it is unclear how to do so, ask an Admin. A list of images that must be categorized can be found here: Special:UncategorizedFiles ."
I like this idea, but we also need to enforce this new rule. So far, I only spot very few users which is responsible with their files, meanwhile the rests seems don't know or don't care, I'm not sure which is right to refer them. If this new rule is applied soon, I propose that we block users which are not categorizing their files for some periods of times (of course only if they still not doing so after being warned a few times).
Admins also need to watch the uploaded files and set a good example for users, unlike that Agent which put a gallery tumor to Rendezvous without bother to categorizing or even captioning them. It took me 2 days to categorizing them, while I've giving up on captioning them.
@Bren Banning all image uploading is a bit over the top.
I like this new policy, as long as we're consistant with enforcing it. We should be prepared to start handing out blocks to users who consistantly leave their photographs untagged following a warning or two.
Yes, but let's keep the blocks minor, just about 6 hours at a time, and keep them permited to edit their own walls. Also, let's try to be nice to people who are unclear on the policy. That being said, I am going to update the rules.
